Wolfnights is a gourmet wrap shop that cooks fresh dough wraps on a hot dome for every order. The wraps are made with unique ingredients like fig, turmeric, and ginger. Owner and founder, Itai wanted to combine his two favorite cuisines, Israeli and Thai, to create the perfect wrap. It’s sweet, spicy, crunchy, savory — all together in one bite. There are ten different wrap types. If you’re feeling a bowl, you can get them over pearled couscous or quinoa.
All the dough is made fresh on the “IronWolf”, an inverse wok of sorts fired up to 500° F, cooking the dough in less than a minute! This technique was inspired by the Druze people of his native country that bake the dough in a very similar fashion over the fire. Go veggie-friendly and try the Teen Wolf, filled with freshly made falafel in fig dough that includes pickles and sunflower seeds.
Don’t miss the Pink Moon, a grilled shrimp wrapped in a beet & chia seed dough with bean sprout slaw, charcoal grilled asparagus, pickled jalapeño, fried pickles, and a tangy-sweet coconut vanilla sauce. Or go for the protein-packed Wolfnight’s favorite, The Beast – a steak wrap made with turmeric dough, charcoal-grilled steak, blue cheese, cilantro, BBQ crunch, and red chili mayo. Your taste buds will be simultaneously delighted and excited!
