The Village Den is NEW on STADIUM this week!

It really does take a village. Thankfully, the Village Den has re-opened its doors after a previously beloved 36 year run in the heart of the West Village. They have created a welcoming space with even better food. Their entire menu is without gluten, soy, red meat, processed sugars, seed oils and fryers. One of the partners behind this new health concious gem is Antoni Porowski, star of the hit series Queer Eye, who just happens to be the crew’s dedicated food and wine expert.

The combinations of dishes are endless and their pre-constructed dishes are not only creative, but will have you questioning how healthy food can taste this good. The Jerk Roasted Turkey Meatball Bowl with Pineapple Chutney is simply delightful and though a roasted salmon plate may sound typical, try it our with their Vegan Cauli “Mac N’ Cheese” and sweet Roasted Squash to spice things up. The Thai Chicken Salad is packed with flavor and the Herb Roasted Chicken plates do not disappoint. If you want to dive into their plant based choices, try the unique Sweet Potato and Mushroom Lasagna with Cashew Cream.

Antoni’s confidence in the kitchen will give you the confidence to crush that client meeting or whatever your day entails. Get ready to have a meal that will give you all the healthy energy to slay, sashay, and say “heyyyy!” but make it business.

Milk Bar took the best parts of childhood, removed all of the awkwardness and added heaps of made-from-scratch birthday cake and frosting (inspired by the boxed supermarket stuff we grew up with). Meet Milk Bar’s B’day Cake, packed with b’day crumbs in the middle, even more on top and dreamy vanilla vibes throughout. Now blow out the candles and wish for a pony. Fun Fact: It took Tosi + the Milk Bar team over three sleepless years (ok there were some naps) to deconstruct and finally arrive at that perfect, nostalgic, funfetti flavor. It’ll take you significantly less time to enjoy.
