It really does take a village. Thankfully, the Village Den has re-opened its doors after a previously beloved 36 year run in the heart of the West Village. They have created a welcoming space with even better food. Their entire menu is without gluten, soy, red meat, processed sugars, seed oils, and fryers. One of the partners behind this new health-conscious gem is Antoni Porowski, star of the hit series Queer Eye, who just happens to be the crew’s dedicated food and wine expert. The combinations of dishes are endless and their pre-constructed dishes are not only creative but will have you questioning how healthy food can taste this good.
